Workplace Training Courses

The American Heart Association is the recognized authority in resuscitation science and training. Courses are delivered through a network that ensures quality, because we understand the importance of having convenient and consistent training across multiple locations.

HEARTSAVER CPR COURSE:
The Heartsaver CPR Course is a modular comprehensive course for the person who requires a credential (card) documenting successful CPR course completion. Modules that can be taught are adult CPR only, infant and child CPR only, and adult infant and child CPR.

HEARTSAVER AED COURSE:
The Heartsaver AED Course was the first in the nation to combine hands-on AED instruction with adult CPR training. This course is for people who need to learn CPR and how to operate an AED. A pediatric CPR module can be added at the customer’s request.

HEARTSAVER FIRST AID COURSE:
The Heartsaver First Aid Course includes essential information and training in the first-aid skills recommended by OSHA, all in a format that can be delivered in a single day. The course is modular to meet the needs of a specific workplace or group of employees. The core module comprises general principles, medical emergencies and injury emergencies.

FEES FOR SERVICES:

1 – 5 people $60.00 per person

6 – 10 people $55.00 per person

11 or more $50.00 per person

Laredo Examiners and availability of trainers available will determine number of participants per class.

Travel to and from site in excess of 20 miles: $100.00/hour

Lodging if needed: based on charges incurred.

Payment for the number of trainees should be made and received prior to the training including travel time.
